This AJAG Utility Perception Report represents results from a perception survey that Anglian authorities complete on a regular basis. The results help to guide agendas and discussions between authorities and utility. The survey is often the first indication that a performance problem exists, and looks at a number of relevant indicators covering the delivery and interaction between authority and utility.
